We are building learned engineering guidance that helps teams keep coding agents aligned with repository conventions, review standards, and the unwritten rules that usually live in Slack threads and senior engineers' heads.
What we are exploring
- Shared lessons derived from real corrections, scoped to a codebase or team instead of one-off chat instructions.
- Ways for leads to see whether agent output reflects agreed conventions before it lands in a pull request.
- Workflows that fit existing review habits instead of adding another dashboard for its own sake.
What is available now
Today, Altrace is open-source tooling focused on helping individual developers and agents learn from corrections. AutoSteer extends that foundation. Team-scale alignment features are actively being built and are not shipped yet.
